Four things we take off you.
One invoice, proper paperwork
A single itemised invoice in USD or COP, with the supplier costs broken out. Whatever your finance team needs to approve it, ask and we will format it that way.
The day is scheduled, the evening is not accidental
Sessions in the morning, something real in the afternoon, dinner somewhere that will take twenty people without splitting them across three tables.
Transport that respects a calendar

A 220-metre granite monolith with 740 steps zigzagging up its face, and from the top an archipelago of flooded green valleys that looks unreal. Then Guatapé itself, where every building carries a painted zócalo panel.

Offsites are quoted rather than listed, because the room and the group size move the number more than anything else. As a shape:

Everything supplied by a third party is billed at their rate plus 10%, itemised on the invoice. Our coordination fee is a fee, not a percentage of your budget.
What we will tell you not to do.
Not every idea survives contact with a Tuesday in Bogotá. If the schedule you want needs four hours of driving to fit, or the venue you have found has no real bandwidth, we will say so before you book rather than after. We would rather run a smaller retreat that works.

How big a group can you take?
Comfortably up to about thirty. Beyond that it stops being one retreat and becomes two, and we will say so.
Can you invoice a company abroad?
Yes, in USD or COP, itemised. Tell us what your finance team needs on it and we will put it there.
Do you handle flights?
We do not sell them, but we will tell you which routings actually connect and which ones will strand half your team in Bogotá overnight.
What if someone has dietary requirements?
Send them with the request. Colombian kitchens handle vegetarian easily, vegan and coeliac with notice — which is why we want the notice.
